Manage Your Portfolio

This Module is designed to help you understand how investors and firms add value to their portfolios. You will learn to build trust with founders, become their first call, and provide guidance as a board member through pivots and growth. It also aims to answer both questions and includes debates on the different service platforms that VCs use, as well as guidance on becoming a stronger partner, board member, and supporter of your portfolio companies—and for LPs, a better ally to your GPs. We will also explore supporting portfolio companies with AI, providing liquidity, attracting growth-stage VC, and leveraging different value-add platforms to maximize impact for both entrepreneurs and LPs.
